Acquisition Enterprises works on behalf of its client companies and industry partners to find companies for sale .

We also source companies for our own account. We take into consideration the industry, revenue, geographic location,cash flow, and management experience in the course of our sourcing efforts. Once these initial hurdles are met, we hand over the deal to the client to pursue secondary due diligence and hopefully close.

At this time we are interested in acquiring companies for our own account. There is also an opportunity for a roll up scenario involving mid to large market size restaurants.

In addition we have a private equity firm that is interested in companies with hard assets in excess of 30 million.

In order to be considered, the firm must:

   

Be a private company with annual sales/revenue in the range of 5,000,000 (five million)- 75,000,000 (seventy-five million).
Must have a three year history of profitability or positive cash flow.
Have a strong balance sheet with strong current ratios and retained earnings.
Be able to pass an acquisition audit by way of three years of certified financials, or three years tax returns professionally prepared, or three years financials supported by bank statements.
Have strong management in place or commited personnell that are knowledgeable about the business
